Learn how to maximize your use of this powerful software package and how media can add to the worship atmosphere rather than detract from it. In this four-hour intensive class we will cover the following:

» The road map to the user interface – where to find what you need and how to get there quickly
» Understanding Lyra – the song library – learn ways to input songs and how to search the library, format your songs and how to locate a song quickly.
» Working with cues – learn how to work with all cue types available in MediaShout; Bible cues, announcements loops, text or talk points; video files, DVD clips, and audio playlists.
» The Bells and Whistles – learn about all the extra little things that the program can help you do. These are the things you don’t HAVE to know to get a presentation ready for Sunday morning – but they will help you add the finishing touches and use this resource with excellence.
Jann Saulsberry
Vice President of Marketing for MediaComplete Corporation the company that produces MediaShout® presentation software. She speaks on multimedia use in worship and ministry at dozens of conferences every year. In addition, at many of these conferences she is part of the tech team and provides media for both the worship team and teachers. Prior to joining MediaComplete, she was the Vice President of Communications for the Josh McDowell Ministry – assisting him with developing his presentations to youth and family. Jann has been part of the IWI team for the past four years – providing media delivery during the general session and teaching during the breakout sessions. She is at heart a teacher. Nothing gives her greater satisfaction than helping others maximize their skills in ministry. Jann lives in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee – just outside of Nashville and is looking forward to getting married this year.
