It takes intentionality to grow in our leadership skills and to recognize and develop the potential of those serving with us. We’ll talk about the dynamics of Sunday services, flow, song lists, and encouraging the congregation to enter into worship wholeheartedly. We’ll also learn about the relational components necessary for healthy, vibrant worship ministry. Ross Parsley The Worship Pastor of New Life Church in Colorado Springs, CO, Ross is also the founder of the New Life School of Worship. He has served as the worship leader on several Integrity Music CD’s and has been a longtime favorite at the International Worship Institute.
